Booked through Hotwire on June 3rd, total after Tax/Fee is $203. It sits on a very convenient spot,

easy access to Metro, one-minute walk to the bus terminal (for Greyhound) and has couple bars/grocery

at its back. Quiet and clean, not much to complain about.
