i made a mistake.

The correct date is 9/8 - 9/11.

One room for two people.

The hotel is still available.

My guess would be the Affinia Manhattan... the Chelsea Four Points Sheraton or the Wyndham Garden Hotel at Broadway and Fifth would each be possibilities too, if they were upgraded from the 3* level when they were last reported to the board.
