Priceline Hotel: 4* Los Angeles (Beverly Hills - West Hollywood) Intercontinental Los Angeles Century City

I am looking for a 4* hotel in West Hollywood staying from 11th Sept until the 13th Sept.

I have followed the board links and gone to $160 but no success.

We have previously stayed at the Century Plaza and were very pleased with our stay. Any ideas what I can expect to pay ?

I had hoped I would not have to go much higher than $160 but now fear that I will have to. Any idea as to why these midweek dates are so expensive?

Is it best to keep waiting for prices to drop or get in now and go over $ 160?

My guess is that you're looking about ~$185-$205.

I'll add that HOTWIRE has what i'm guessing to be The Orlando for $168/nite, should this be of interested and/or work for your plans this trip as it gets decent reviews, may be something to consider if the location is good as it's closer to your target budget.
