Pickett Posted June 29, 2012 Report Posted June 29, 2012 Picked Richmond Downtown (Area 2) and West End (Area 8) with an initial bid of $70. That was rejected. Added Chester (Area 1) which does not have any 4 star properties and upped my bid to $75. This was accepted. Taxes and fees were $17.87
