I am debating what to do. Do I go with a 3.5 * most likely would be the Delta Chelsea or do I bid again? Where would you start bidding for 3.5*? I would like to ideally stay under 100, I would be willing to go slightly higher for a 4*. How much higher do you think I would need to get a successful bid for a 4*? Thanks for the advice.

1st bid $58 and then I got a counter bid for $71
