ah - should have mentioned that this 4* hotel is a "customer favorite"

There is also a 3* for the same dates with amenities of:

restarant(s)

pool(s)

fitness center

rate of $86/night

nothing reasonable in downtown Seattle on such short notice, so I guess its one of these two places...

I think the 4* is the Hyatt Bellevue and the 3* is the Red Lion Bellevue.

I would recommend using Priceline for Bellevue since there are so many free rebids (over a dozen chances to win) and the possibility of getting the Coast Bellevue for much less than either of these (typically ~$50). The Coast has availability for your stay at $89.00 (government rate), which suggests that they may have rooms available to Priceline. And, even if there is no availablity at the Coast (i.e., the worst case scenario), you will end up with the 3* Red Lion for about 20% less than Hotwire after taxes and fees.
