My guess is that this is a new amenity set for the Holiday Inn Exec Center or Hilton Garden Inn Town Center.

Ended up using PRICELINE instead as its closer to the beach.

First bid was $85. Did not win with that but got a screen that said to bid $27 more and I should get something in that area. There are mix reviews from TripAdvisor website so Im not too sure what I'll get.
