Initial bid was for $78 for 4-STAR hotel in the White House (Downtown) and Convention Center/Capitol Hill areas.

It was rejected.

Final bid accepted for $94 for The George, A Kimpton Hotel. Kimpton hotels are usually very nice and also expensive; usually running $210/per night for this location. So this is a steal IMO. It's also close to all.

Also, this is being split by 3 gf's so it's perfect. However, PL booked a King room; obviously we need two beds; so I called the hotel and they changed the reservation for two queen beds :) ... something hotels usually don't do when booking through 3rd-party sites. Anywho, hope this helps. Safe travels.
