I'm also not seeing the Mag Mile-River North properties when searching, but I would guess the 4* Water Tower would be the Westin Michigan Ave or Allerton, although I'd lean towards the latter.

A listing with those amenities at the 4* level in the Mag Mile-River North area has not been ID'd, but that amenity set at the 4.5* level in the Mag Mile-River North area would be a possible match for the Intercontinental or Conrad - although again, I can't confirm because I'm not seeing either listing when searching for these dates.
