Priceline Hotel: 3.5* Toronto (Downtown North) Delta Chelsea

Tried getting a 4* in Downtown South (was crossing my fingers that I would get the Sheraton) but quit after bidding from $70 to $85 dollars.

Then tried Toronto Downtown South 3.5* and I got it first try for $72.
