billsmith2 Posted June 21, 2012 Report Posted June 21, 2012 What is a reasonable price to bid for Union Square West on these nights?
AaronJB Posted June 22, 2012 Report Posted June 22, 2012 Welcome to Betterbidding. :)What would be your desired max budget per night?Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
billsmith2 Posted June 22, 2012 Author Report Posted June 22, 2012 Well I would like a 4* but for not much more than $150
thereuare Posted June 23, 2012 Report Posted June 23, 2012 Have you looked at rates for this nite thru traditional booking channels? I'm seeing rates at $400+ or hotels are sold-out, and i don't think $150 is realistic for a 4* hotel in this zone for this nite.If you want to give it a try, at the 4* level in San Francisco you have SEVEN re-bid zones. If you're not familiar with re-bidding please read Priceline Re-Bidding Explained and feel free to ask questions and/or confirm your re-bid zones with the board before proceeding.Select 4* USW...Bid $100, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $110, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $120, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $130, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $135, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $140, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $145, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $150Any questions feel free to ask. Do you have a back-up reservation anyplace? If not and the above is rejected, what is your next move... lower your star rating, add other zones, and/or increase your budget? Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Let us know how it goes or if we can be of further help. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
