The price of this offer is $156/nite (your price may differ by a few dollars) and while this property may be the same as the one you're seeing about (but with each having slightly different amenities), it's possible that they're two different properties, and the extra $1-$3/nite is worth the comfort level, imo, to know that the property you're purchasing has favorable reviews.
