Facts:

I do have a reservation @ The Beresford (free cancellation) for $129/night ($447 total + taxes).

I'm looking to a 4* or 3.5* in Union Square East for a total of ~$400 tops including taxes.

I have a $7/night Priceline coupon that expires today, so my max bid would be around $113/night for a total of $120.

How should I proceed? Thanks for your help!

I have 8 rebids (7 rebidding zones with 3.5* and another one adding 4* hotels). Starting at $78 up to $113. Let's give it a try.

All bids failed. $78 to $113 (+7) for all 3.5* rebid zones.

Tried two bids for 3* in USE and Richmond, $103 and $113, still no luck. Meh.

I was bidding the same thing (113+7) for a 2.5 star in the Wharf for this weekend and got nothing. I think you'll have to go higher for anything in Union Square as it's the more desirable area.

Is the USW zone (or one of the other nearby zones) acceptable or is the USE the only zone that will work for your plans? You may be able to get a 4* hotel in the USW zone for ~$120-$135/nite for your dates.
