SidneyPenguin
I started my bidding attempt through the PRICELINE link on this board.I had been trying to find a room in Omaha for days. I started my bidding down in the 20's and was increasing my bids over the days. The College World Series is in Omaha at this time, so it was extremely hard to find a room.I bid as high as 127 for a 4-star hotel, 135 for a 3-star hotel, and 150 for a 3-star hotel and was not able to get a win.I'll be staying at the Comfort Inn and Suites Omaha at $120/night.I'm a bit disappointed to get this rate at this hotel, because I had a discount code to get a room here at $110/night.The room rate that we could see on the PRICELINE site was $159/night.Thank you for your bidding tips.
