First attempt: Morningside-Harlem 3* (most likely the Aloft Harlem), bids up to $140 rejected.

Second attempt: Upper West Side 4*, bid $120, countered at $145. Added Midtown West and bid $125, rejected. Added rebid zone and bid $128, accepted, UWS-Empire Hotel.
