Hotwire Hotel: 3* Tampa (Westshore - Tampa Airport TPA - South) Hyatt Place

Need help trying to identify this hotel for mid November 2012

(1.0 - 2.5 mi from TPA)

Amenities: Airport Shuttle, Smoke Free Rooms, Fitness Center, Pool(s), Business Center, High-Speed Internet Access, Free Parking, Free Breakfast, Free Parking, Free Breakfast

It sounds like it could be a Hyatt Place, does any one have any definite of what has been lately sold as 3* for Tampa, also is this the best area of Tampa to look for a pre-night cruise stay. We get in at 5:30 and will want to be able to go out to dinner some where close.

It is for Nov 10th 2012 and this same hotel for the same price does come up for all the mid November dates.

Thanks that is actually what I suspect from having bought thru Hotwire in the past and the description. I just needed another opinion before I jump and tell the others traveling with me to do so too. :) Once I purchase I will come back to confirm.

Also, not sure how many rooms you're purchasing, but note that there is some risk involved of everyone making their own purchase. For example, while more the exception then the rule, if the hotel only has one room available you and all your friends may see this property offered, but if you all click "BUY" at the same time, one person will win a room and the others will be told "Sorry, that offer is no longer available". To minimize this risk you should do a search for the total number of rooms that you need and see if the same property (based upon the star rating and amenities and any other information shown by HOTWIRE) is still offered for your dates. This still doesn't guarantee you'll all get the same hotel, but it will minimize the chances of any unexpected surprises... best way is to have one person make the purchase and then the others all pay that person back (assuming the others can be trusted to pay-up ;) )
