Pleased to report this new hotel in a new to Better Bidding City: the Hotel City Inn in Basel, Switzerland

Based on available information, was certain that I was getting the Best Western Hotel Stuecki, a very well-reviewed Basel hotel in a very out-of-the-way location.

Though the Hotel City Inn does not have the same level of praise, it is still well regarded as a good value hotel in an unbeatable location directly at the main Swiss railway station.

Rate comparison info:

• As always, used BiddingHelper.com.com to search and book.
  
• Retail rates for the Hotel City Inn were $160.
  
• Back-up reservations at the Swissotel for $176 and Ramada Plaza for $190.
  
• Also noticed that when pulling up HOTWIRE directly, rate was $123. But when using BiddingHelper.com.com, the rate was only $110. Just another reason to use BetterBidding.com!
