Priceline Hotel: Help on downtown hotel bidding 7/11 to 7/12

I'm trying to get a room for July 11th in Downtown Miniapp for less than a 100 bucks, I'm pretty sure I get the jest of adding other zones, keep the hotel level but add other zones that don't have 4 star hotels. Only thing is does anyone know what zones that may have a 4 star you want avoid? Maybe I'm not correct in my thinking on how the adding zones thing works?
