Hotwire Hotel: Need help with NYC hotel ID

Hello! I am trying to book a hotel in NYC (Downtown-SOHO-Financial District or Chelsea-Madison Square Garden) for 2 people, 1 room for 7/13/12 - 7/16/12 (3 nights). I always use Hotwire and BetterBidding to help me guess! But this is the first time, I have needed help! NYC is just too big!

Any insights would be very helpful! We are visiting my sister who is living in Union Square, so I am kind of leery of choosing the downtown option for fear that we will be too far south! Chelsea would be idea but the pickens are slim!

3.5* - Downtown-SOHO-Financial District ($121)

The 4.5* Downtown/Soho is a possible match for the Tribeca Grand or W Downtown.

4* Downtown - my guess is a slightly different amenity set for the Sheraton Tribeca.

3.5* Downtown - my guess would be the Club Quarters Downtown

3* Chelsea - my guess would be the Holiday Inn 6th Ave or Hilton Garden Chelsea.
