Hotwire Hotel: 4 start hotel in Parioli - Salario area, Rome

I am planning to book a hotel in Rome for 10/01-10/05

Not sure which area is good in Rome. I will be travelling with my Wife.

Is Parioli - Salario a good area.

On hotwire i see a hotel for $99.It says Parioli - Salario area hotel. 1.2-3.5 mi from the city centre.

Amentities are Free Parking,Free BreakFast,Free internet,Roll in shower etc.

Can you please tell me if this deal is good. What hotel can this be.
