Priceline Hotel: 3* Beverly Hills Priceline Strategy

I'm looking to stay in at least a 3* Hotel in either:

Beverly Hills-West Hollywood

Brentwood-Westwood

or Hollywood zones.

What should be my strategy and my max bid for this area? I know I have 3 rebids in zones 6,7,11.
