This zone has now been split into three different zones on HOTWIRE, and there is a Holiday Inn Express in both Eugene and in Springfield, can you please provide the zone and address of the hotel you received, as well as the amenities that HOTWIRE associates with this property... you can still view all of this information by going to HOTWIRE and clicking the MY ACCOUNT link near the top right of their home page.
