jessincase Posted June 8, 2012 Report Posted June 8, 2012 Hello, I'm new to using Hotwire (I did read the topic for newbies) but I'm hoping for some help/advice.I'm looking for a hotel in Boston from June 28-30th for two adults for about $100 or less a night. I know nothing about the Boston and my only requirements is that it's near public transportation and possibly have some form of breakfast as well. Thanks :)

thereuare Posted June 9, 2012 Report Posted June 9, 2012 You can certainly try, but based upon current rates i don't think you have much of a chance at getting anything ~$100/nite in the main areas of the city (Boston Common, Copley Square, Quincy Market, Beacon Hill). You may be able to find something outside of the city, depending upon how far out you're willing to stay, but the problem then is that the zones become geographically larger and the T stops further apart, so the risk of landing something that is not close to a T stop increases.Using BiddingHelper.com and/or MAPS and HOTELS.com what is the best rate you're able to find at an acceptable hotel thru conventional booking channels?Your thoughts? Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.
