Bid $80, counter offered a win from Priceline for $19 more, instead I used free rebid zones and bid $85 ( rejected) then $90 and a win. Good location - a first for the area. Hope it is not too noisy as it is right on the main drag of downtown Yonge Street. Used the PRICELINE link on Betterbidding of course ;-)
