AndersonAraujo Posted June 2, 2012 Report Posted June 2, 2012 Hi,I'm looking for a 4* room from 08/28 untill 09/10.I'd like to find a place in Times Square/Theatre District or Midtown West.On first bind round, I offered U$190,00/night, but didn't have success. On second round, I included other areas: CPS, MTE and ESB. But no success at all.Any suggestions would be great.Thanks.
AaronJB Posted June 2, 2012 Report Posted June 2, 2012 Welcome to Betterbidding. :)Early September may be a little expensive, but these dates are not usually too bad (as NYC goes.) The length of stay may be an issue - are you willing to split your stay between two hotels? What would be your desired max budget per night?Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
AndersonAraujo Posted June 2, 2012 Author Report Posted June 2, 2012 Hi AaronJB,I didn't know the length of stay could be an issue. I'll consider split the stay in two hotels. My desired max budget is 200,00/night, including taxes.Thank you.

AndersonAraujo Posted June 3, 2012 Author Report Posted June 3, 2012 Hi,I've tried all scenarios, but no success at all.So I increase my budget limit, then I had success booking The Shoreham Hotel (MDW) for 245/night (plus taxes), from 08/30 until 09/10.Do you think it was a good price? Thanks for all help!
AaronJB Posted June 3, 2012 Report Posted June 3, 2012 Congrats on your success. :)With Expedia showing $320 per night as the lowest non-refundable rate, I think this is certainly a pretty good deal. Please start a new thread for the 8/28-30 period and we would be happy to help.Thank you for sharing your win and please use the site's PRICELINE or HOTWIRE links to start your purchases and searches.Enjoy your stay.
AndersonAraujo Posted June 3, 2012 Author Report Posted June 3, 2012 As long as I increase my budget, I reduced the number of days :-)Thanks for all help!!!
