A property at the 3* level with this amenity set has not yet been reported to the board. A guess would be the DoubleTree Hotel at the Entrance to Universal Orlando downgraded from the last time it was reported to the board at the 3.5* level, but as these amenities are common for hotels in the area it's impossible to stay with any degree of certainty.

Since this an extended stay you could see if this same property is offered for the first (or last) nite of your stay and then again for the balance. If so, you could purchase the solo nite in order to 'look behind the curtain'. If you're happy with the results purchase the remaining nites, if not, make alternate plans for the balance of your stay.

I just booked one with these same amenities for August and it was the International Palms Resort and Conference Center. I booked at $38/night.
