Priceline Hotel: 3.5* Toronto (Downtown North) Delta Chelsea

First bid was $79 and rejected. Should have tried getting a 4* with the bid but wanted the Delta Chelsea, the only 3.5* in the North section. Taxes added $64 to the bid price for the entire stay ( a little less than $13/ night.)
