I started out bidding for a 4* in the dupont circle/woodley park zone -- i used all 9 rebids starting at $60 and increasing by $1 each rebid (I also had $10/night in bonus rewards) up to a max bid of $69. I then rebid for a 3.5* starting at $60, first bid rejected. Added Alexandra West and increased bid by $1 to $61 (plus $10 bonus reward) and bingo -- Washington Marriott Wardman Park for $222.12 with taxes and fees. I figured this would be the hotel I would get. I've stayed here before -- it's a little far out, however, street parking is more plentiful out this way. And the rooms are clean and spacious.
