Chase123
Do you generally have to bid higher on Priceline for stays over a USA holiday such as Memorial Day, (a three day weekend) or the upcoming July 4th holiday ??Many thanks. Link to comment
Romelle
It is pretty location dependent. More likely than not for places at which people spend holidays. Maybe even lower for places from which people escape. For a city in which you are interested, you can check out either specific hotel web sites or general agencies such as Expedia. Lots of links on the Support Page. They show rates by individual day.Or even try your dates on HOTWIRE.When rates are higher, hotels also have less motive to provide the larger discounts as they can see higher bookings at the better rates. So one may experience less of a price break via PRICELINE.Romelle Link to comment

thereuare
Thank you for closing this thread with your decision (it helps keep the board a bit tidier). Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment
