I went through 24 bids using rebid zones starting with North Michigan Ave - River North before I finally got one to take at $124. Lucky for me, Priceline upgraded me to 4 stars. I'm pretty thrilled to get this hotel at this price. It's high compared to other seasons, but low compared to the conference hotel -- which as it turns out is right across the street at the Marriott and is charging a convention rate of $175.
