For the 5* property my guess is the Fiesta Americana Grand Coral Beach.

For the 4* all-inclusive hotel, many properties offer the same/similar amenities, but my guess for this one would be the Riu Palace Las Americas.

Thank you for your guesses on the properties. As of yet, I have not booked hotel via Hotwire, but have been keeping an eye on them.

For now, I booked a room at the JW Marriott Cancun for a JW Luxury Suite which includes breakfast for $187/night excluding taxes (July 6 - 8). The reservation allows me to cancel with no fee if done 24 hours prior to arrival. I will keep on monitoring Hotwire and keep you posted if I decide to book via Hotwire. One reason I am postponing Hotwire booking was because I read breakfast buffet at Fiesta Americana Grand costs $30 per person.

Additionally, JW are also offering Oceanview rooms with breakfast for 2 for $169/night for AAA members.
