ehadad37 Posted May 26, 2012 Report Posted May 26, 2012 Hi,I really nne your help.I just won for $130 the Vdara Hotel & Spa At Citycenter Las Vegas from Oct, 05 to 08.I guess it is a good price but I would like to cancel it since there isn't a casino at the hotel. In my ordering I checked the travel insures field. Is it possible to do so?ThanksEran
AaronJB Posted May 26, 2012 Report Posted May 26, 2012 Welcome to Betterbidding. :)Sorry to hear that the result was a disappointment. Amenities (such as a casino) are not guaranteed with PRICELINE unless stated so during the bidding process (if you clicked the star rating under the zone you bid upon and casino was one of the amenities.) PRICELINE reservations are not refundable and cannot be cancelled - you can call PRICELINE and plead your case, but unless casino was listed as a guaranteed amenity, they are likely to say no.The trip insurance is only if you need to cancel for "doctor's note"-style reasons. It is not if you do not like the hotel you get.Thank you for sharing your win and please use the site's PRICELINE or HOTWIRE links to start your purchases and searches.
thereuare Posted May 27, 2012 Report Posted May 27, 2012 Not sure how familiar you are with Vegas and/or this property, but you can easily get to the Aria's casino in 5 minutes without even stepping foot outside... just view it as one of the REALLY big style hotels and a long walk from your room to the casino. ehadad37 Posted May 27, 2012 Author Report Posted May 27, 2012 Thank you both. Are you sure I can enter to Aria casino without going out side at all? From what I red you have to go outside the hotel to get inside the Atia hotel by as you mentioned it's still only for few minutes of walk.
thereuare Posted May 28, 2012 Report Posted May 28, 2012 I thought i stopped at both on my last trip and were connected by City Center, but if i'm wrong, the time outside is really not far at all.
