Hotwire Hotel: Help Identifying 4* SoHo - Financial District (5-8 July)

Looking for a 4* and up in Soho, Tribeca, NYC for 5-8 July. Prefer not to stay in Financial District. Budget up to $170/night.

Tried a hotwire searched with the search box above and was presented with:

4* Downtown - SoHo - Financial District area hotel @ $118

Amenities: Fitness Center, Business Center, Laundry Facilities (self-service), High-speed internet access, free wifi

I'm having a hard time matching it with anything on the Hotwire Hotel List. Guessing this MAY be Club Quarters downtown due to laundry services available.

Any help is appreciated!

My guess would be the Club Quarters World Trade or World Center Hotel.
