Thumbs up to Hotwire customer service! Last week I booked a room through Hotwire (and reported on better bidding) for this night at a different location, but my plans changed. I am a "Hotwire Express" frequent customer, and I called the Hotwire Express number and asked if I could change my booking to a different location for the same night. I was treated veyr professionally, and, although they warned me they could not guarantee they would or could do this any other time, they canceled my original reservation and made this reservation for Norman, OK over the phone.

I know I can sometimes save $5 or $10 per night using Priceline over Hotwire, however I often do not have time to go through the bidding hassle. This is one of those rare occasions where I was paid back for my loyalty!
