Hi! I Want to book a room in 3.5* or 4* Beverly Hills Santa Monica Hollywood form the 7/20-7/23. I am new to priceline does anyone have any suggestions how to proceed? ( I already read through the rebid concept)

Desired max budget would be 150$ dollars per night, including taxes and so on. Thanks for the help!

At current rates $150 all-in doesn't seem like a high probability bet.

If you want to give it a try anyway, what is your maximum bid price before taxes and fees and did you want to first try for a 4* up to your limit then if rejected try for a 3.5* property OR is your goal the least expensive 3.5* or better for this stay?

Then I'd go for the least expensive 3.5*. 2 Friends might be coming along? In your opinion, do you think I have good chances to accomodate 3 people into a room? Thank you!

I couldn't stay as it depends upon so many different factors which are currently unknown (which hotel you ultimatley receive, occupancy rates for these nites at that property, etc, etc)... i'd be very cautious as i could see this area potentially being a problem.

When will you know if your friends will be coming along? If so, do you want to wait to confirm, then if they are coming you can search HOTWIRE for triple occupancy, if not, then you can try bidding on PRICELINE without any concerns.
