Hotwire Hotel: Trying to ID: 4 * Downtown - SoHo - Financial District area hotel

I am considering this hotel for a stay 6/14-6/18 2012: it seems like a good deal, can anyone help me figure out what hotel it might be? I've never used a blind purchase like this before, so I am a bit nervous. I looked at the Hotwire hotel list and I am not sure it matched by amenities/location - but I am new to this!!
