lchai Posted July 18, 2005 Report Posted July 18, 2005 I'm seeing a hotel on Hotwire that is 3 1/2 stars listed for $91/night for July 27 - August 3. This hotel looks like it's the Royal Palm. It has the same amenities as the Royal Palm and is a customer favorite. Has the Royal Palm been downgraded to 3 1/2 stars since the new ownership? Does anyone know if they still charge a $20 resort fee?
thereuare Posted July 18, 2005 Report Posted July 18, 2005 Welcome to BetterBidding!Indeed, the Royal Palm Resort has been downgraded to a 3.5* property as per Hotwire. The Royal Palm website does indicate the $20 resort fee is still in effect.Let us know what you decide to do or if we can be of further help. lchai Posted July 20, 2005 Author Report Posted July 20, 2005 Sorry, it looks like I waited too long. It's gone now. It may have had a business centre as well. Would still like to know for reference. I think it's gone now since it appears they've bumped the Royal Palm back up to 4 stars.
