Traveling to Paris this weekend: May 26-28

North of Champs Elysées - Arc de Triomph - Palais des Congres area

$170 per night and 90 percent customer recommendation

This area is quite big, so I am not sure if it is convenient for sightseeing. Please give me insight about geogrpahy.

Is it worth to spend $700 for two nights in a five star hotel in Paris?

Best guess for the 5* is the W Paris Opera hotel... unfortunately i don't have any insight as to the 3.5* property.
