Beester Posted May 21, 2012 Report Posted May 21, 2012 I'm planning a trip to Las Vegas for 7/2-7/8. I noticed that for these dates on Priceline, I could purchase Aria for $109/night. This seems like a very low rate and it even includes free cancellation/free breakfast buffet. Other 5* hotels are more expensive so I would assume I'd get Aria for these dates when I bid. I don't mind which 5* hotel I get as long as it's on Strip North/South (Not Trump). This is my first time on Better Bidding so I'm looking for advice on where to start and what outline to use. I guess my maximum bid would be $99 since I can already purchase Aria at $109 with free cancellation. Should I go ahead and purchase the $109 rate as a backup or could that hurt my bids in the future if they know I already booked the hotel? I'd also consider splitting my bid but I'm not sure exactly how to do that on Priceline. I will of course use your links for Priceline once I start bidding. Thanks so much!
