Not to be a wet blanket, but . . .

It is a nice hotel, great location. Downside is mandatory parking fee of around $19 to $20+ per night.

That's on top of what you bid and unless you park offsite or don't have a vehicle, there's no

way around it. You could check on street parking but it's sparse and restricted (I think). Some

people say they get around it by parking across the street at the Galleria Parking Garage but I

think you might run the risk of getting towed.

This is why I no longer bid on 4 stars in the area... parking fees just don't add up especially

when there are really nice 3 stars nearby with free parking.
