Just wanted to pass along this price, which is quite a bit lower than the previous one noted for this hotel. It certainly raised my eyebrows, I couldn't pass it up. The hotel website lists $179/179/229/229 for the four nights.

The star rating, area and amenities were identical to what y'all have listed - and with no particularly similar hotels in the Nob Hill area, I felt pretty confident about what I was getting. Many thanks for your assistance.

I'm hoping this place hasn't gone rapidly downhill or anything. Some negative reviews have come in recently at tripadvisor, but frankly they seem a little picky - I'm not the sort of person who demands five-star service at all times (especially at this price!), I don't require a gargantuan room from a SF hotel, and I'm not expecting spectacular views of a bridge that isn't all that close to the hotel. So we shall see.
