Priceline Hotel: Bidding help for June 21-24

I need a room for 2 adults in zones Convention Center - Capitol Hill or White House - Downtown. I want to be close to the National Mall (especially the museums) because my mother is disabled, and it'd be great if we could get back to the hotel quickly when she needs to rest.

I'd be happy with a 3* hotel like these:

Residence Inn Washington DC / Vermont Ave (this is my first choice)

State Plaza Hotel

Hampton Inn Washington, DC-Convention Center

I would love to get it for $100 or less per night, and my max would probably be $130. Please let me know if you need more info. Thanks in advance!
