darnel Posted May 16, 2012 Report Posted May 16, 2012 Is it too soon to be bidding for central Boston hotels July 19-22? I've bid up to $200 for 4-star and $170 for 3.5-star with no luck. Is something going on there that weekend that I don't know about? Any help would be very much appreciated!

darnel Posted May 16, 2012 Author Report Posted May 16, 2012 I bid for Beacon Hill, Boston Common-Theater District, Boston Harbor Front-Aquarium, Boston Waterfront-Convention Center, Copley Square-Back Bay, Quincy Market-Financial District for 4-star and 3.5-star. Thanks!
Romelle Posted May 16, 2012 Report Posted May 16, 2012 To give you an idea of what it might take, for Quincy Market Hotwire has a 4* at $201 and the 3* at $194.You've got plenty of time. Maybe you could make a cancelable back-up reservation, and then just troll Priceline regularly? Priceline can run a little lower than Hotwire. Romelle
