A property with this amenity set has not yet been reported to the board... as there is no Casino amenity listed my initial guess was that this is the Trump, but the review breakdown from previous guests seems a bit too positive for items such as location for this to be the Trump... i wouldn't be surprised if this was one of the other 5* hotels on the strip 'hiding' some of its amenities, but i can't say for certain.

Do you need a Casino or any other specific amenities for this trip?

I definitely need a casino!! (i am kind of a gambling freak!).

Thats why I am so weary of commiting to this even though its a great price, but I cant figure out what hotel on the strip doesnt have a casino in this area!

The Trump, but for reasons indicated above i'm not sure if this is the Trump or not. To complicate matters hotels don't always show all the amenities they offer... so while a HOTWIRE offer showing a casino can exclude the Trump as a possibility, a offer that doesn't show a Casino doesn't exclude hotels which do have casinos. (hope you followed that but if not just post back and revise to make it clearer)
