This property has not yet been reported to the board, but my best guess is that this is the Doubletree Hotels New Orleans.

However, with this property rated 3.5* and showing a 3.0/5.0 TA rating (which is not very good), why an interest in this property over the 4* for $115/nite and a TA rating of 3.5/5.0... this property would seem to get higher marks on all counts and is actually priced less than the 3.5* you asked about above.
