We are trying to find a great rate for the Fullerton- Brea area of Priceline to stay 5/26- 6/1. I haven't seen very many recent wins and really appreciate any info you might have on this area!

We finally had a "two star" bid accepted for $49 per night at Best Western Placentia. In my opinion I believe that the "60% off" that Priceline advertises is totally bogus. It may work for someone else- but I have never gotten any better than 30% which is fine. We are happy to have achieved some savings, but think Priceline engages in false advertising with their 60% off advertising.

We were very relieved that a 2* choice would result in us being placed in this Best Western. It really does have a pretty good reputation. Some of our relatives also have stayed there and enjoyed their stay in the past. In my humble opinion you might want to use great caution in dropping below 2* in the Fullerton area!

We have seen wins reported to the board in excess of 60%, and of course it's not possible to achieve this discount each and every time, but it does happen frequently enough.
