Hotwire Hotel: 5* Las Vegas (Strip North) Palazzo

Hello!

So excited I found this website! I am immediately recommending this to all of my friends!

So I went to hotwire, searched for my dates 6/8/2012 - 6/11/2012 for EDC las vegas. I am willing to pay 180 - 220 a night and while searching for 5 STAR I saw their "Las Vegas Strip - North Area Hotel"

It is listed at $214.00 per night. Amenities include (in exact order as the followed link lists) Resort, Free Parking, Suite, Casino, Fitness Center, Pools, Restaurants, Business Center, High Speed Internet Access, Golf Nearby, Tennis Nearby, Spa Services.

Can anyone help me identify this hotel? Also: is there a way to pick which section you want your 5 or 4 star to be in on hotwire? or is it just what happens to show up when you search for Las Vegas on your respective dates? I am hoping this is anything NICE that is on the STRIP! I understand this weekend is EXTREMELY popular due to EDC and the boxing match!

Best guess for the above is the Palazzo or the Venetian... the Venetian is seen a bit more than the Palazzo so i'd slightly favor the Venentian as more likely, but you should at least be prepared for either.

As far as 'forcing' a hotel to be shown HOTWIRE, it can't be done... HOTWIRE only shows one hotel at each star level per zone, and generally speaking (to not get too technical), it's the hotel with the lowest rate loaded into their system that is offered for purchase. You can sometimes change the hotel offered by changing the occupancy searched for (ie- 2adults/2children, 4adults/0children, etc) but this will often increase the hotel rate too and still no way to have a specific hotel be the one offered.

Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.

Everything is booked for 6/8/2012 - 6/11/2012. Its funny...right after I read your reply I went and noticed the price dropped to $190.00 a night! Went through with everything and got THE PALAZZO.

Was so excited. If others are reading this please use this website it works miracles lol. The weekend I chose is the weekend of EDC las vegas AND the Pacquiao fight...meaning EXTREMELY BUSY (if not the busiest of the summer) summer weekend, so $190.00 a night at the Palazzo for Fri Sat and Sun is a steal especially considering the smallest room is 720 square feet! And thanks to this site I had the confidence to pull the trigger!

Again the amenities that were listed were as follows (in exact order): Resort, Free Parking, Suite, Casino, Fitness Center, Pools, Restaurants, Business Center, High Speed Internet Access, Golf Nearby, Tennis Nearby, Spa Services.
