Linda05 Posted May 13, 2012 Report Posted May 13, 2012 Started off at $65 for Toronto (Downtown South) at 4 stars, then 3 1/2 star at 70 with no luck. Added in Toronto (Downtown North) and raised it to $75 and won the Delta Chelsea. Happy with it considering it's posted for $190 with all taxes. Did use the PRICELINE link found on this site :)
