Had tried priceline (using the links of course) and couldn't get anything for $50 (had tried $40 and $45 the previous two days). Checked out Hotwire instead and found this. I'm pretty happy with it.

I thought the hotel may be a new one not on the record here because it was listed as 2.5*, but it was the La Quinta. Note to mods to update that from 3* to 2.5*.
