sensiblesarah Posted May 10, 2012 Report Posted May 10, 2012 I did a search for May 15-16, 1 room (2 adults) and there is a 3* hotel in the Atlanta (Buckhead) area listed for $90.00 with the following amenities: Free Parking, Complimentary Breakfast, Fitness Center, Pool(s), Business Center. I did not see this one on the Hotwire list of hotels. Any ideas? Thanks!
sensiblesarah Posted May 10, 2012 Author Report Posted May 10, 2012 Update -- I think it could possibly be the Hyatt Place Atlanta/Buckhead based on the TA rating (4/5) and amenities (it is the only one I have seen with free parking there...). Can anyone confirm?
thereuare Posted May 10, 2012 Report Posted May 10, 2012 If you click the 'See all' link under the amenities do you see more than what you've included above? Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. sensiblesarah Posted May 10, 2012 Author Report Posted May 10, 2012 Yes, there are a few more -- it shows all of these:Free parking, complimentary breakfast, fitness center, pool, business center, golf nearby, tennis nearby
sensiblesarah Posted May 11, 2012 Author Report Posted May 11, 2012 Never mind. Just went with PRICELINE.Bid $65 and got it. Total cost w/taxes & fees came to $82.68. Some of the reviews on TA are not favorable, but I hope it ends up being ok. I read on one review that parking is $32 which is insane. Hopefully I can find something cheaper.
thereuare Posted May 11, 2012 Report Posted May 11, 2012 Congratulations on your success! Hope you're pleased with the results and (other than the parking) this property will work well for your needs. Hopefully you can find a parking garage near by for less.Thank you for sharing your win with the board. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.
